Very strong cyclist lifts car out of bike lane

The story began when a cyclist found a parked car blocking the bike lane when he was riding his bike. But this guy has his own way to deal with the situation, Instead of getting parking enforcement to ticket the driver, the cyclist took matters into his own hands lifting the rear end of the car and rotating the vehicle so it no longer blocked the way.
